These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilias ("jilias," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilias website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jilias Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilias Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jilias Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on jilias, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilias, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilias Platform.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilias reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilias may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jilias Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilias login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jilias will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jilias immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Account sharing – allowing any third party to access or use your jilias account – is strictly prohibited.

jilias accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name; third-party payments are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. jilias targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, though actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider.

jilias reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

All transactions on jilias are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

jilias offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• jilias reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.

All bets placed on jilias are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

jilias reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on jilias. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be changed by jilias at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilias Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jilias for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

jilias reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such conduct.

All content on the jilias Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of jilias or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilias content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law , jilias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jilias does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. jilias's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

jilias is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
